After a day full of calling Venues back and asking questions, the following were available on our dates of July 25th of August 1st. 

Ceresville Mansion (Available Aug 1) , Celebrations On The Bay (Available both dates), The Villa (Available July 25), Pier 5 Hotel (Available both dates)
